The Pangburn Company is an independent “fee for service” third party administrator dealing exclusively with Non-qualified executive benefit plans. The client will execute an engagement letter and plan service agreement directly with The Pangburn Company.

(Fees listed below are estimates only. Exact fees and “set-up” fees for existing plans will be quoted on a case-by-case basis)

I. Pre-Purchase Analysis

Fee per policy - $100.00

Minimum Fee:
If the BOLI single premium is $900,000.00 or less, the minimum pre-purchase analysis fee is $1,800.00.
If the BOLI single premium is over $900,000.00 but less than $10,000,000.00, the minimum pre-purchase analysis fee is 20 basis points.

  NOTE: Fees for annual premium plans and single premium plans above $10,000,000, will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration plan design, number of policies and case size.
 

II.    Post-Sale Compliance

Annual fee per policy - $100.00
Minimum annual fee - $600.00
 

III. NQDC Plan Administration

Annual fee per participant: $125.00 to $175.00 (varies by plan design)

IV. NQDC Plan Documents

$100.00 per participant per document
